Niche Coffee & Shop was born from a long-standing friendship and a shared vision for creating something special within the community.

Natalie, Avalon, and Gwen have been friends since high school, each developing their own creative and professional strengths over the years. From plants and creativity to fashion, finances, and world-class coffee (yes, Kasey literally won London Coffee Masters).

Together, the team blends creativity, strategy, style, and exceptional coffee into one thoughtfully curated space. Natalie brings the plants, direction, and the building. Gwen ensures the business runs with clarity and intention. Avalon has a mind for the fashion and aesthetics of the shop. Kasey elevates the experience with award-winning coffee craftsmanship.
